Homelessness and Mother Theresa
I read 2 quotes today by Mother Theresa thsts moved me :
Being unwanted, unloved, uncared for, forgotten by everybody, I think that is a much greater hunger, a much greater poverty than the person who has nothing to eat.
Even the rich are hungry for love, for being cared for, for being wanted, for having someone to call their own.
These quotes really touched me deeply. When I talk to my homeless friends all around the city tell me that they just feel unwanted and that makes them feel worse than being hungry or impoverished. Its really tough
to see grown people whether they are homeless or not shed tears.
I would hope that when you do decide to give your left over or food to the homeless you do without prejudice, without any negative thoughts in your mind and without feeling that you are doing somehting good. I think of it like if my sister asks me for something I automatically give it without question, because she is my lil sister, my litttle piggy
. I dont mean when you see a homeless person you scream and rent your clothes and empty all your life savings. If not money or food your words have a unique power to make their day lighter..
Just my 2 cents

Indeed they are the most simplest yet profound quotes.
Thanks for sharing them.
